Electrical Generator Assembly - Jenbacher Engines

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics.
• Perform electrical installations on production lines.
• Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards.
• Document all work accurately and maintain records.
• Operate cable assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Completed training or certification in electrical, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
• Hands‑on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).

Schedule

First Shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts, and adapt to team needs.

Location: Waukesha, WI. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
