What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics.
- Perform electrical installations on production lines and prototype builds.
- Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards.
- Document all work accurately and maintain records.
- Operate cable assembly equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Completed training or certification in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics.
- Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).
Additional Information
- Location: Waukesha, WI
- Work Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs)
