What You’ll Do

  • Assemble large generators independently and collaboratively on a modern assembly line.
  • Support continuous improvement of manufacturing standards and processes.
  • Complete scheduled tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process and troubleshoot issues as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical training or equivalent experience in industrial assembly of large equipment, plant construction, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience as a mechanical technician, automotive mechanic, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to quality and commitment to high assembly standards.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance).

Additional Information

  • Location: Waukesha, WI
  • Work Schedule: First Shift Monday through Friday (Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs)
  • Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
