Electrical Foreman

Spark Power Corp USA is seeking an experienced electrical foreman to provide technical expertise, project supervision, and administrative support for our operations in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Travel may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety in the workplace and lead by example.
• Supervise a variety of electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects for a diverse customer base.
• Install electrical components such as panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting.
• Inspect work of all assigned crew members to ensure highest standards and craftsmanship (Quality Assurance).
• Communicate with customers, gather information about their needs, formulate plans, and clearly communicate those plans to the team to ensure completion.
• Prepare reports and communicate back to branch staff.
• Make decisions with minimal supervision based on relevant experience and knowledge of code/regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, and/or institutional sectors.
• Able to troubleshoot complex industrial installations.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of all relevant electrical codes (NFPA, NEC, etc.).
• Thorough ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills within the team and with external customers.
• Strong eye for Quality Assurance and pride in craftsmanship.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft programs, email, time entry).
• Ability to travel as needed.
