Electrical Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking a decisive Electrical Foreman to join our growing team in the Southeast. This hands-on leadership role involves managing electrical construction projects across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal sectors. You’ll work in outdoor environments, ensuring projects meet all specifications, regulations, and safety standards while fostering a collaborative, team-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise field employees on electrical construction or service projects.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Oversee production control, cost management, waste elimination, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols, including hazard recognition and elimination.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Equivalent combination of technical training and related experience may substitute for formal education.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation required.
• Strong safety mindset and personal integrity.

Skills & Abilities

• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, contract documents, cost control, scheduling, and engineering drawings.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to effectively supervise and evaluate craft performance.
• Experience managing and leading electrical crews.
• Willingness to work overtime, long hours, and travel as required by projects.
