We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a job description, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule? There's a contract duration 12 months, but schedule not specified. Pay is given. Benefits listed. We need sections only if real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not repeat job title. We need to include sections only if content present. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Lead impactful electrical construction projects while developing crews, driving safety, and ensuring high-quality work on complex commercial and multifamily job sites." plus maybe "We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman..." That's about role. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Accomplish" list. - Requirements/Qualifications: There's "What We're Looking For" with required qualifications and preferred qualifications. Could combine into Requirements (required) and maybe Skills? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include multiple if content. We should not create thin sections. Probably combine required and preferred into Requirements and Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred) and Skills (maybe technical skills). But we have to avoid filler. Let's see content: Required Qualifications list: Valid CA General Electrician License; Minimum 8 years experience; 3-5 years supervisory; ability to read blueprints; OSHA 30; Knowledge NEC and Title 24; Excellent leadership communication; Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Ability to work physically demanding. Preferred Qualifications list: Experience using Procore; Experience supporting budgeting, scheduling, material management; Ability to conduct job walks, inspections; Experience completing construction documentation, safety reporting; Proven success mentoring; Strong organizational skills. We could put Required Qualifications under "Requirements" heading, Preferred under "Qualifications". Skills maybe not needed separately; we could omit Skills if no distinct content. Pay: we have pay rate $60-70/hr, contract position duration 12 months. Pay section: include that. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: Not specified besides contract duration; maybe we could include Schedule as "Contract Position, Duration: 12 Months" but that's more about duration not schedule. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule not stated; we have duration but not schedule (e.g., full-time, shift). So we should omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Job Type & Location" maybe we can include location in About the role? But location is given: Healdsburg, CA. Could include in About the role paragraph. But we must not repeat job title as heading. We can include location in a short paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list, pay, contract duration, location, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

    About the role

    • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)

    Pay

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour. Contract Position Duration: 12 Months.

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any repeated content: We included location in About the role. Good. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Why Join Us", "Why This Opportunity", "What You'll Accomplish" etc. We transformed those into responsibilities and about role. That's fine. We removed "Job Type & Location", "Application Deadline", "About Actalent", EEO, etc. We kept all substantive info: responsibilities list, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, duration. Check if any info missing: The "Why Join Us" bullet points about ownership, lead and develop skilled electricians, play key role in safety, etc. Those are somewhat covered in responsibilities but we might have missed some nuance: "Take ownership of day-to-day field operations on active construction projects." That's similar to lead day-to-day field electrical operations. "Lead and develop skilled electricians and field personnel." covered in mentor etc. "Play a key role in project safety, quality, scheduling, and execution." covered in safety practices, quality inspections, scheduling. "Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and construction teams to drive project success." covered in communicate effectively. "Make a direct impact on project outcomes through leadership and technical expertise." covered. "Why This Opportunity" bullet points: combine hands-on electrical expertise with leadership responsibilities, oversee crews, coordinate project activities, mentor team members, contribute to successful execution of high-profile construction projects from start to finish. Covered. "What You'll Accomplish" we used as responsibilities. "What We're Looking For" we split into required and preferred. "Work Environment" we didn't include as a section; but some details: On-site construction environment, work performed on active commercial..., regular interaction..., frequent walking, climbing, lifting..., strong emphasis on safety... Those are somewhat covered in responsibilities and requirements (physical demands, safety). Could we add a short paragraph under About the role? Might be considered substantive but we already have many sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate work environment details into About the role or Responsibilities. But we already have a lot. However, we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit details like "On-site construction environment" etc. If we omit, we lose info. So we need to include that info somewhere. We could add a short paragraph under About the role that includes work environment details. Or we could add a separate section "Work Environment" but that would be another heading; we have many headings already but it's okay if it's substantive. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Adding Work Environment would be seventh. Might be okay if it's substantive. But we could incorporate into About the role to keep fewer sections. Let's see if we can incorporate work environment details into About the role paragraph: mention that the role is on-site, active commercial/multifamily/mixed-use job sites, regular interaction with crews, project management, subcontractors, stakeholders, frequent walking, climbing, lifting, emphasis on safety and PPE. That would preserve. Thus we can omit a separate Work Environment section. Now check if we missed any info: "Contract PositionDuration: 12 Months" we included in Pay paragraph. Also "Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Healdsburg, CA." We included location in About the role and contract in Pay. Good. "Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: ..." We included benefits list but we omitted the explanatory sentences about compensation depending on factors, eligibility, etc. Are those substantive? They are generic but still info. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep those sentences? They are not boilerplate? They are generic but still part of posting. However, they might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compensation variability sentence is not exactly boilerplate
