Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff
- Serve as the technical authority for electrical deliverables
- Collaborate across disciplines and with project management to deliver multi-discipline projects from concept through execution
- Mentor team members, maintain and improve departmental standards and workflows
- Support client engagement and business development efforts
- Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects
- Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
