About the role
The Assistant Manager role is vital to the operations within the restaurant. You’ll lead important internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. You’ll also be results-oriented, delegating tasks to team members and reporting back on results. Additionally, you’ll lead the experience by directly supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three key areas: Kitchen (supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items), People (hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals), and Service (deliver a memorable guest experience).
Responsibilities
- Take action first: Lead important internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Be results-oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back on results
- Lead the experience: Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
- Understand that teamwork is key: Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
