Electrical Engineer - Perry

About the role

Electrical engineers frequently work independently to identify and perform tasks as required to meet Vistra objectives. Supports the gathering and analysis of information necessary for Vistra initiatives or to solve complex problems. The position will develop and maintain effective working relationships with others, including external to the company.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and performs tasks as required to meet objectives
• Leads interpretation and analysis of complex issues
• Coordinates assigned projects, studies, and initiatives through completion
• Complies with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepares and presents reports including recommendations to resolve complex issues
• Participates in and on occasion leads special projects and committees, including external organizations
• Leads complex problem-solving efforts

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear) from an accredited program
• Minimum 6 years of relevant job experience

Pay

Final pay grade will be based on applicant's experience and qualifications.
