About the Role

Play a critical role in designing and optimizing electrical systems that power essential infrastructure—pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead technical solutions, integrate advanced technologies, and directly influence reliability, safety, and operational performance across our assets. You’ll work on complex, large-scale projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying cutting-edge solutions such as automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage. Safety is foundational to our work, and you’ll help lead initiatives that protect people, assets, and the environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure
  • Drive the integration of advanced technologies (automation, real-time monitoring, energy storage) to improve system efficiency and reliability
  • Implement safety-focused solutions including arc flash mitigation, fault detection, and risk-reduction strategies
  • Provide technical expertise in electrical design, system layouts, and schematics for both new construction and system upgrades
  • Manage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, environmental, and regulatory standards (NEC, NEMA, IEEE, API, etc.)
  • Collaborate with operations, project management, and external partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
  • Mentor and support development of junior engineers (Senior/Staff levels) and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
