Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities
  • Champions the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs
  • Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability
  • Provides technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both new construction and upgrades to existing facilities
  • Manages complex engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across electrical systems and project execution
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and external customer needs
  • Mentors and supports the development of junior engineers fostering technical growth, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Staff: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and (15) fifteen years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited college or university
  • Senior: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and eight (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry
  • Preferred: PE License
  • III: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and eight (4) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry
  • Preferred: PE License
