About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Manage team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with international project management.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations applicable to engineering projects.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
