Electrical Designer/Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will be part of the Mission Critical & Data Center team based in the Dallas, TX office. As an Electrical Designer/Engineer, you will contribute to innovative solutions for the world’s built and natural environments in an employee-owned company that values diversity, sustainability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents from initial design to bidding under the supervision of a senior engineer.
• Handle drawing setup and design documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on all projects.
• Ensure projects are completed within established budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design/engineering.
• EIT certification on track to become a PE.
• Strong AutoCAD experience; Revit experience is a plus.
• Experience with EasyPower and SKM Power Tools for Arc Flash Studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mission Critical experience is a plus.
