Electrical Designer/Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Designer or Engineer to join our expanding team. This role involves working on a variety of projects across different industries, with a focus on K-12 schools, multifamily buildings, municipal projects, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with architecture firms to meet diverse engineering needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for various projects.
- Collaborate with architecture firms to provide engineering solutions.
- Support industries such as K-12 schools, multifamily buildings, municipal projects, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit for project design.
Requirements
- Proficiency in electrical design and engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- At least 1 year of industry experience working on municipal or commercial projects.
Qualifications
- 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design or related field, or a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere. The office, located in Rogers, is in a growth phase, providing ample opportunities for professional development and advancement. There is flexibility regarding remote work, although on-site presence is preferred for training purposes, especially for entry-level candidates. The office houses a small team, fostering a close-knit working environment.
This is a hybrid position in Rogers, MN, and a Contract to Hire role.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
