Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
• Plan and coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower
• Ensure compliance with NEC, company, and jobsite safety standards
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and submittals
• Coordinate work with other trades, GC, and project managers
• Monitor quality of installations and perform inspections and testing
• Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory on site
• Track progress, address field issues, and support schedule adherence
• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Communicate project status and issues to leadership and clients
