Electrical Assembler

About the role

Responsible for assembling electrical enclosures by pre-assembling electrical kits, performing light fabrication tasks such as drilling, forming, wire stripping, and crimping, handling materials, and supporting electrical equipment installation. Collaborates with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with ability to read blueprints and bill of materials
• Quick learner of manufacturing processes
• Proficient in measuring devices like tape measures
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders
• Must pass competency tests and pre-employment physical, including drug screening
