Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Assemble electrical and electronic parts, such as circuit boards, control panels, wiring harnesses, and enclosures.
- Solder, crimp, and connect wires and components according to established procedures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and accurately.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies for functionality and quality using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Identify and report defects or nonconforming materials to supervisors or quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or design issues.
- Complete documentation and production reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or electrical technology preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electrical or electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and schematics, basic soldering and wiring skills, familiarity with electrical testing tools and safety procedures.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, good communication and teamwork skills, commitment to quality and safety.
