Responsibilities
- Perform electro-mechanical builds, wiring, repairs, and inspections supporting Navy and defense systems
- Follow work instructions, interpret engineering drawings, and apply assembly techniques with limited supervision
- Complete tasks including wiring, soldering, crimping, cable routing, reworking, and upgrading products per MIL-STD and quality standards
- Support assembly of shipboard hardware such as chassis, wiring harnesses, and circuit assemblies
- Conduct inspections, functional tests, and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure a safe, organized work environment and support daily production goals
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years in electro-mechanical assembly and hand-soldering experience
- Proficient with electromechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Ability to obtain certifications for IPC standards (training provided)

- Working in high-performance teams
Must be capable of lifting components up to 35 pounds and performing repetitive tasks.
