Electrical Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical builds, wiring, repairs, and inspections supporting Navy and defense systems
• Follow work instructions, interpret engineering drawings, and apply assembly techniques with limited supervision
• Complete tasks including wiring, soldering, crimping, cable routing, reworking, and upgrading products per MIL-STD and quality standards
• Support assembly of shipboard hardware such as chassis, wiring harnesses, and circuit assemblies
• Conduct inspections, functional tests, and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure a safe, organized work environment and support daily production goals

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years in electro-mechanical assembly and hand-soldering experience
• Proficient with electromechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Ability to obtain certifications for IPC standards (training provided)

• Harness fabrication
• Electrical testing
• Working in high-performance teams

Must be capable of lifting components up to 35 pounds and performing repetitive tasks.
