Electrical Application Engineer (m/w/d) → Electrical Application Engineer (Full-Time)

Role Overview: This is a fully onsite engineering position focused on supporting the development, analysis, and optimization of electrical drive systems and motor applications. Key Responsibilities Parameterizing and tuning motor and firmware applications to meet customer specifications.Analyzing technical customer requirements and assisting OEM clients with new products and applications.Diagnosing technical issues, conducting root-cause analyses, and resolving product and application problems.Creating, reviewing, and updating technical specifications and documentation.Supporting production through programming, troubleshooting, and implementing quality improvements.Collaborating across departments such as quality, procurement, and sales, as well as with suppliers. Qualifications & Skills Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, with ≥5 years’ experience in electric drive systems, motors, or application engineering.Strong knowledge of electronics, motor technology, and fault analysis, including experience with three-phase inverters and brushless motors.Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, technical documentation, and familiarity with hardware design tools (EDA), communication protocols, and firmware applications.Experience with simulation and development tools like MATLAB, LabVIEW, or Cadence is advantageous.Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.Proactive, solution-oriented personality with willingness to travel within Europe (~10-20%).
