About the role

Wenzel Designtec develops, produces, and sells innovative machines and individual solutions for design studios, primarily in the automotive industry. As a global leader with over 300 machines installed worldwide, we serve well-known automobile manufacturers. Subsidiaries in China, Japan, Great Britain, and the USA support sales and after-sales service. This full-time position is based in 94491 Hengersberg (near Deggendorf).

Responsibilities

• Train customers on our self-developed design software DESCAD
• Test newly developed software features
• Provide remote and on-site customer support
• Support sales through product demonstrations
• Develop and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position (advantageous)
• Good knowledge of CAD systems
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Conscientious, structured, systematic, and quality-conscious work approach
• Enjoyment of teamwork
