Electrical Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Application Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This position is ideal for candidates with an electrical engineering background who enjoy working with schematics, drawings, and manufacturing systems. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production work orders and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Develop and manage product configurations.
• Work closely with schematics, drawings, and manufacturing systems.
• Support the engineering team in various technical tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to read schematics.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Basic programming aptitude.
• Background in electrical engineering.
• Experience or strong exposure to BOM management.
• Engineering degree or associate degree.

Skills

• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to configuration logic, programming, or automated engineering systems.
• Experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.

Work Environment

• Collaborative engineering team with approximately seven team members.
• Standard first-shift schedule, typically ending around 4:00 PM.
• Primarily office-based engineering support role with limited domestic travel required.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
