About the role
The EPG Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with both internal and external customers regarding equipment issues and providing timely repair status updates.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers to gather information regarding equipment issues
- Open and process work orders efficiently and promptly
- Ensure technicians understand customer requests and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
- Work with heavy construction equipment, as needed
- Work any shift
- Promote a positive customer experience

Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Working knowledge of heavy construction equipment functions and repairs (preferred)
- Able to work any shift
- Minimum two years’ service-related experience
- Electric power generation exposure
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Sit and talk or hear frequently
- Stand occasionally
- Walk occasionally
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms frequently
- Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally

Pay
Starting Compensation Range: $64,000 - $83,000 per year
