Electonics Technician
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the Test Department staff.
- Support engineering activities including design, test, and check-out.
- Conduct routine engineering tests and detailed experimental testing.
- Update software and firmware.
- Write and update test procedures.
Essential Skills
- 5-7 years of experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Proficiency in soldering, using an oscilloscope, and handling test equipment.
- Experience with electronics testing and working with circuit boards.
- Ability to troubleshoot failed circuits to sub-assembly and/or component level in analog and mixed signal systems.
- Management or team leadership experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience forecasting repairs and scheduling demands.
- Skills in RMA authorization and repair orders.
- Knowledge of IPC-7711C, IPC-7721C standards.
- Ability to apply deductive logic for troubleshooting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
