About the role
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Taco Specialist. This position involves developing new taco recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our taco shops.
Responsibilities
- Developing and testing new taco recipes
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Ensuring high-quality customer service in taco shops
- Collaborating with chefs and other team members to enhance the taco experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required.
