eLearning Specialist - IJP

What You Will Do

• Write and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned projects.
• Evaluate tasks and training needs to design, develop, and deploy eLearning content.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge and skill.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct learner analysis and identify training needs.
• Determine learning objectives and instructional strategies by leveraging relevant taxonomies.
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
• Develop exercises and activities that enhance the user interactivity and learning experience.
• Determine criteria used to gauge learner performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Maintain project documentation and course files.

What You Will Need

• Only Grade III and Grade IV employees in Guidehouse India - Healthcare segment with at least 2 years in the Organization are eligible to apply.
• Good knowledge in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellency in Grammar and Punctuation.
• Resourceful, detail oriented, excellent organization skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Motivation to learn and strong work ethic are necessary.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Editing and Proof-reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Prior experience in SOP writing, review, or process documentation.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly steps.
• Familiarity with document version control and change management practices.
• Understanding of compliance, quality, or audit documentation requirements.
• Exposure to process mapping, workflow analysis, or gap identification.
• Ability to work with SMEs and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
