Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements web-based and multimedia development solutions using instructional methods tailored to content and learning needs.
• Develops curriculum, course material, and assessment techniques aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Supports the design and implementation of projects.
• Conducts and supports in-person training modules as needed.
• Provides subject matter support to relevant areas.
• Collaborates proactively with team members and internal clients to design and implement effective development solutions.
• Provides technology support and project management for department initiatives.
• Helps set strategies for e-Learning initiatives.
• Promotes innovation in e-Learning and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) across the curriculum.
• Reviews teaching and learning programs to assess potential for online delivery and advises on curriculum redesign or enhancement using e-Learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency.
• Five or more years of technical courseware development and related business experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360.

Working Conditions

This is a sedentary position that may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and involves sitting most of the time. The role is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
