About the role

The position is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. Our partner is seeking an eLearning Content Developer based in the United States. This role involves shaping how technical knowledge is delivered globally through engaging digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and optimize digital learning experiences for technical audiences and business objectives.
  • Design and produce instructional videos, self-paced courses, interactive labs, product demonstrations, and technical training resources.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing learning libraries by auditing content and updating materials based on product changes and new developments.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scripting, drafting, and course production workflows.
  • Ensure all educational materials meet quality standards for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer enablement, and technical teams to gather knowledge and create effective training experiences.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience developing technical software training content, instructional materials, or eLearning solutions for enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, data technologies, data security, privacy concepts, or enterprise software environments.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and digital media creation tools such as Evolve, Camtasia, or Synthesia.
  • Proven ability to integrate generative AI tools into content development workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise technology domains is a plus.
  • Background in content writing, curriculum development, or instructional design within a technical industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
