ELCAT Production Assistant (2)

Non-Union position, up to 15 hours per week.

About the role

The ELCAT Production Assistant provides support for the visual production and distribution of town events. The Production Assistant will work under supervision of the ELCAT Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for field production of town community events including, but not limited to, high school varsity sports games, town government meetings, library and senior center events, and more.
• Set up and break down equipment as needed.
• Operate camera and monitor audio for live broadcasting.
• Edit and upload video files for town viewing.
• Generate, edit, and publish content on social media.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of technology.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines and with diverse age groups.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Must be able to work evenings.

Pay

Hourly rate: $16.50–$18.00/hour.
