Production Coordination

Aid in managing the entire production process, ensuring quality and meeting timelines.

Vendor Management

Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to manage production schedules, confirm orders, and track progress.

Sample Management

  • Organize and track samples to support the design team in creating signature pieces.

Quality Control

Collaborate with the QA teams to ensure products meet the brand's high standards throughout the production process.

Logistics Support

Coordinate the shipment and delivery of materials, samples, and finished goods to and from manufacturers.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records, production schedules, and systems for smooth operations.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and support newness order raising as needed.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with design, merchandising, and logistics teams to keep production aligned with the creative vision.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • A strong sense of style and passion for fashion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fashion production or a related field is a plus.

Pay
