EHS Training Coordinator

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a EHS Training Coordinator. This role is located at our Jonesville, SC facility. No relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, delivering, and continuously improving environmental, health, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Focusing on regulatory compliance, workforce competency, risk reduction, and safe work practices.
• Serving as the site subject matter expert for EHS training.
• Conducting training needs assessments and identifying competency gaps.
• Facilitating engaging instructor-led training for large audiences and small groups, including New Employee Orientation and technical training.
• Developing and modifying content as needed utilizing various media including, but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, video & photography.
• Partnering with HR Training Coordinators and functional leaders to update training content, maintain training records, follow up on missed training, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with internal systems and programs.
• Managing site-wide training updates & communications via monthly reports
