EHS Regional Manager

About the role

Regional Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Multi‑Site (Manufacturing). This position leads and shapes EHS culture across multiple facilities, partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership.
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a strategic EHS leader.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, from shop floor to senior leadership.
• Passion for safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments.
• Confident, hands‑on approach with readiness to lead positive change.
