About the role

MGS has an exciting opportunity for an EHS Intern to join our team. As an EHS Intern, you will assist and support the EHS Team with the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of programs and systems that support environmental, health, and safety excellence at the Germantown & Richfield Manufacturing facility. The EHS Internship program is intended to introduce college-level students to MGS and the world of EHS within a plastic injection molding and cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Student interns will engage in a part-time internship opportunity in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. The EHS Intern will be partnered with an EHS Specialist as their primary mentor and will meet with them at least weekly to discuss projects and questions. The intern will have direct exposure to senior leadership team members and will complete a final report-out to the MGS leadership team at the conclusion of the internship.
