About the role
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and responding to technical issues promptly.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT management or support.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages.
