About the role
TerraPower is seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking professionals who are interested in focusing on advanced nuclear reactor research and development and influencing change within the nuclear power landscape and bringing forward the critical production of medical isotopes.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, environmental science, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Occupational or Environmental Health and Safety
- 2+ years administering or supporting EHS management systems, software platforms, or other database-driven tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task to manage shifting priorities and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Strong knowledge of EHS laws and regulations relevant to site operations
- Certifications in quality management, such as LEAN or Six Sigma is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or industrial environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development, review, update, and distribution of EHS written programs, policies, and procedures, and supporting documentation
- Maintain document control processes for EHS programs, including revision tracking, version control, approvals, record retention, and archiving
- Administer and maintain EHS software systems, including data entry, record accuracy, user support, report generation, and workflow tracking
- Develop and maintain EHS content and document libraries within SharePoint, Confluence, and other internal platforms to ensure information is organized, accessible, and current
- Cooky navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions removed
