EHS Coordinator
The EHS Coordinator supports all aspects of the EHS regulatory compliance function for both IFMG plants.
- Design/implement/administer a wide range of EHS compliance and training programs.
- Conduct accident investigations and assist supervisors with injuries.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents.
- Cook up testing of workplace air quality, noise, temperature, or radiation to verify compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cook up/participate on all federal OSHA compliance inspections.
- Cook up/participate on environmental agency compliance inspections.
- Actively participate in IFMG Safety Committee.
- Manage environmental monitoring – groundwater use, daily surrogate visible air emissions monitoring, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned by management.

- Able to conduct employee training effectively.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Minimum Education – 2 year college degree in EHS or related field OR alternatively a High School diploma with at least 4 years of on-the-job EHS compliance and regulatory interpretation experience coupled with relevant professional continuing educational training in the EHS field.
- EHS certifications are beneficial but not required.
