EHS Coordinator

About the role

The EHS Coordinator will lead the safety program at the plant, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP and HACCP policies
• Conduct safety training for new employees
• Organize annual safety training for all employees, including HazCom, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Emergency Evacuation, Ergonomics, Blood borne Pathogens, LOTO, and facility inspections
• Develop and conduct new training programs as needed
• Complete OSHA forms and reports
• Conduct incident investigations & complete Risk Assessments
• Lead and implement Safety projects

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent and applicable work-related experience
• Ability to work any shift as needed
