About the role
We are seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support healthcare data integrations for a growing healthcare technology company focused on improving vaccine access and immunization workflows. This is a full-time, 100% remote position (EST timezone) supporting the onboarding of healthcare provider customers and troubleshooting technical integration issues across a growing ecosystem of electronic health record (EHR) systems. The ideal candidate blends technical troubleshooting skills with strong operational and customer-facing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical onboarding and implementation of healthcare provider customers onto the company's Medical Device management platform
- Diagnose and resolve customer data and integration issues using SQL, databases, and data integration systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations across a growing ecosystem of electronic health record (EHR) platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and successful customer implementations
- Clearly communicate project status, technical issues, and expectations to internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation and support
- Build strong relationships with healthcare customers and technology vendors while driving technical issues toward successful resolution
- Follow established processes, runbooks, and operational tools to deliver scalable and consistent customer implementations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and issues, prioritizing work based on product priorities, customer needs, and vendor availability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering technical implementations to internal or external customers
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting technical problems using SQL, databases, or other data query platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex data and integration issues and drive them through resolution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical issues and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Experience working with healthcare technology, EHR systems, HL7, or FHIR is a plus
Pay
$65,000 - $75,000 per year
