EHR Analyst
About the role
Our client is dealing with a backlog of EHR that need to be triaged into the EHR system. The Techs will work inside the document management system (Highland OnBase) identifying documents, applying processing rules, and moving them into the appropriate EMR. Assigned batches of work come from Highland OnBase for triage. OnBase experience is highly recommended. Highland OnBase is the program used for document management; anything that arrives from external sources via fax lands in Highland OnBase and the EHR Tech will assign it to 1‑4 special teams by identifying the document type and destination (e.g., workers’ comp, front desk for doctor’s signature, outside consult, or attaching to the patient record).
Responsibilities
- Identify incoming documents in Highland OnBase
- Apply processing rules to documents
- Move documents into the appropriate EMR
- Assign documents to 1‑4 special teams based on type (workers’ comp, front desk for doctor’s signature, outside consult, attach to record)
- Process batches of work from Highland OnBase for triage
Requirements
- Highland OnBase experience (preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Background in healthcare or customer support
- Ability to work full‑time, onsite in Louisville, KY

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
