About the Opportunity:The EHR ANALYST role is central to supporting the Revenue Cycle Management team and business staff by resolving billing issues and enhancing the electronic health record (EHR) system. This position ensures smooth billing operations, maintains high customer satisfaction, and contributes to system upgrades and testing, directly impacting the efficiency and accuracy of billing processes. Responsibilities:Provide real-time support to Revenue Cycle Management and business staffResolve billing discrepancies and production issuesServe as primary contact for EHR billing correctionsMaintain accurate records of billing changes and inquiry resultsAssist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancementsCollaborate with training teams to update support materialsContribute to development and implementation of standardized billing contentParticipate in validation testing and provide implementation supportAssist in EHR build requirements and clinical/financial system maintenanceManage communication and deliverables related to assigned tasks and projects Requirements:Minimum two years’ experience with EHR systems such as myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare, or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of billing concepts, CMS regulations, claim remittance, and posting codesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressureAttention to detail and strong follow-throughBachelor’s degree in Health Information Management preferred Pay Range and Compensation Package:Starting salary range between $70,000 and $80,000Final compensation based on qualifications and experience Benefits & Perks:Medical insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield with HSA or FSA options)Dental insurance (Delta Dental)Vision insurance (EyeMed)Short-term and long-term disability insuranceCompany-paid life insurance401(k) plan available two months after start date with company matching up to 50% of contributions (up to 6% of compensation)Paid time off including PTO, seven paid holidays, and one floating holiday Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
