EHR Certified Systems Analyst II

Responsibilities
- Utilizes clinical knowledge to influence decision-making, guide build practices, and formulate appropriate workflows.
- Maintains moderately complex system software utilizing established standards and departmental protocols, to meet user requests/specifications.
- Evaluates user requests for special enhancements to system software.
- Works with customers to gather specifications for the purchase, development, and installation of system software.
- Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units.
- Collaborates with project and support teams to ensure appropriate development, training, support, and evaluation of major computer applications.
Requirements
- Education and Work Experience: Associate’s/Technical Degree with clinical focus or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
- Three years’ healthcare IT application/technical experience: Required
- Three years' applicable Epic application experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility: Required

- Pay Range : The estimated base pay for this position is $94,083 to $141,125. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
