About the Role

BJC is hiring for an Epic Helpdesk Support Analyst. The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday - 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the St. Louis metro area. Customer service, call center experience, and Epic experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides remote end-user support for the organization's software and hardware systems, with a focus on Epic and other clinical applications.
  • Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications.
  • Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
  • Provides first-line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents.
  • Monitors service delivery performance metrics.
  • Investigates problems in systems, processes, and services.
  • Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience in discipline, with the ability to broaden capabilities.
  • Recognizes issues and elicits data from clients regarding problems.
  • Performs a range of straightforward assignments related to discipline.
  • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.

Schedule

Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday - 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
