Certification and Knowledge Maintenance

• Maintain certification(s).

System Configuration and Workflow Management

• Configure and maintain Epic workflows, tools, security, rules, and documentation templates.
• Aid in the collection and documentation of workflow requirements.
• Support upgrades, release validation, and new feature implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Testing and Optimization

• Create and execute integrated test plans.
• Participate in testing activities including execution of test scripts and validation of build changes.
• Perform release note reviews, workflow validation, and optimization activities (not limited to).

Support and Compliance

• Provide Level 2 support for complex incidents and escalations.
• Maintain adherence to change management standards.
