Egg Packer/Stacker - 1st shift

About the role
Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
Schedule
Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00am–4:30pm
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $17.50 with the potential to increase to $17.70 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).
Responsibilities
- Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
- Ensure that case labels match the carton/sleeve type and code date, and place case labels on the proper packed cases when applicable.
- Communicate any variance of carton dates or case labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
- Factory experience is preferred.
