About the role
Support the tactical activities related to product coordination, communication, and development within the technology team. Participate in technical meetings to define product objectives and requirements, and assist in executing product strategy through stakeholder collaboration. This contract position emphasizes prioritizing security, documentation, and process improvement. Handle end-user requests, analyze support needs, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service level agreements and providing subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities
- Assess and respond to user requests for product or service support, presenting practical solutions.
- Log, track, and analyze support requests, generating detailed reports on request statuses and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues following established procedures to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal training and support purposes.
- Assist with automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Support product operations by providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through informal presentations and status updates.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks.
- Stay current with evolving AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices relevant to product support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Product Administrator or support specialist.
- Proven experience working with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Strong ability to respond to user requests with effective solutions and communicate clearly.
- Experience managing support requests, analyzing workflows, and generating reports.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including document creation and presentation delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with automation, process improvement, and supporting a remote work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or related degree preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Knowledge of software development and DevOps practices, including Dynatrace.
- Experience performing application administrative functions and managing user requests.
- Ability to deliver formal presentations to large audiences.
- Experience working on large, moderately complex projects.
Pay
$14.00 – $20.00 /hr
