Screening and Evaluation:

• Initial review of application/resume and cover letter for minimum qualifications and all required attachments.

Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills:

• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
• Possession of an appropriate and valid certificate of Expanded Function Dental Assistant, including a certification of radiologic proficiency issued by the Oregon State Board of Dental Examiners.
• BLS CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• One (1) year of responsible dental assistant experience or a graduate from an accredited dental assistant program.

Preferred Qualification:

• One (1) year of responsible dental assistant experience or a graduate from an accredited dental assistant program.

Other:

• This position requires a background investigation, which may include being fingerprinted.
