Essential Responsibilities

• Assists doctors which includes but is not limited to charting, placement of fillings, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.
• Able to perform expanded duties following state regulations and compliance.
• Assists in clinical procedures and treatments such as placing amalgam fillings, adaptation of temporary crowns, removing surgical sutures, and applying topical fluoride treatments. Limitations due apply per state requirements.
• Records and reviews patient health history and chart entries under the doctor's direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
• Assists the dentist in the management of medical and dental emergencies.
• Provides postoperative instructions prescribed by the dentist.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the dental practice both in and outside the dental practice.

Pay

Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate $28.00-30.00 per hour)

Schedule

• Monday 11am-7pm
• Tuesday through Thursday 8am-5pm
• Occasional Friday
