Schedule

• Monday–Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent chair‑side clinical support and assistance to doctors and hygienists, including charting, operatory set‑up and clean‑up, and patient education
• Record and review patient health history, make chart entries under the doctor’s direction, and assure completion of forms and signatures in dental software
• Review the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments
• Prepare patients, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, maintain chain of asepsis, prepare materials, and assist dentists during dental procedures following OSHA guidelines
• Expose and develop dental diagnostic radiographs
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including compliance with HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X‑ray, and other required certifications and registrations

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting Certification or prior on‑the‑job training
• 1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Radiography/X‑RAY certification for the respective state
• CPR Certification required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients
