Dental Assistant, EFDA

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Assist in various dental procedures including but not limited to cleaning, filling cavities, and taking X-rays.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand their treatment options and care plans.
• Ensure sterilization and safety protocols are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and professional work atmosphere.

Requirements

• EFDA Certification
• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program
• Valid Health Care Provider CPR/BLS Certificate

Qualifications

• X-Ray Certification
• Bilingual (a plus)
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification when applicable
