Job Summary and Responsibilities
You will design, organize, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs, orientations, and continuing education. Your work will ensure the professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff, supporting the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff
- Ensuring programs support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals
- Enhancing the standards of patient care through direct contributions to quality, safety, and service in patient and family-centered care
- Designing and delivering educational programs that align with instructional design principles and clinical expertise
- Engaging and developing healthcare professionals to improve their skills and competencies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Nursing and at least 3 years as a Registered Nurse, upon hire
- Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months

Pay Range
$37.79 - $37.79 /hour
