Educators welcome and engage guests, actively listen to understand their needs, and provide product education tailored to their activities and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding guests through fit and fabric features, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment, processing transactions, and supporting inventory and stockroom tasks. Educators also participate in training sessions, support community events, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture. The role requires consistent collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.Experience in Lesson Planning and Training to support guest education and team development.Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clarity in verbal interactions, and professional interpersonal skills.Customer service or retail experience, preferably in apparel, footwear, or athletic/fitness environments.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, teamwork, and creating welcoming experiences for guests and colleagues.Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort learning new technology tools.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in fitness, wellness, or education are an asset.
